Faith Sansthan

Every Child Has Potential

Every child arrives at Faith with their own story.

Some have experienced neglect, abuse or abandonment.
Others have faced discrimination, poverty or significant health challenges.
Many have simply never had the opportunity every child deserves.

At Faith, children are given the care, education and encouragement to believe in themselves.
The stories below show what becomes possible when children are surrounded by love, stability and opportunity.

Shubham

Hospitality Professional

Shubham arrived at Faith as a young boy needing the security and stability of a family environment.

With encouragement, education and determination, he developed a passion for hospitality and pursued his studies with enthusiasm.

Today he works as an Assistant Manager within the hospitality industry and has built an independent, successful career.

His journey demonstrates how confidence, education and opportunity can transform a child’s future.

Vishnu

Chartered Accountant

Vishnu always enjoyed learning and worked tirelessly throughout his education.

Supported by Faith, he completed his studies before training in accountancy and building a successful professional career.

Today he is an excellent example of what long-term support and perseverance can achieve.

Shiva

Yoga Therapist

Shiva discovered a passion for health and wellbeing during his education.

After leaving Faith he trained as a yoga therapist and now helps others improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

His journey reflects Faith’s belief that every child should be encouraged to pursue their individual talents.

Radha

Proffessional Beautician

Radha grew up at Faith Sansthan’s Aalingan Care Home, receiving education, healthcare, nutrition, counselling and life-skills support that helped her build a confident, independent future.

She completed Class 12 and a Bachelor’s Degree through Non-College mode, alongside a Professional Beautician Course covering makeup, hair styling, skincare, spa treatments, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure and salon management.

Today, Radha works as a Professional Beautician at a reputed salon in Jaipur, providing beauty treatments, bridal and party makeup, hair services and client consultations. Her professionalism and skills have earned appreciation from clients and colleagues.

Now financially independent, Radha’s journey demonstrates the transformative power of holistic care, education and vocational training—helping vulnerable girls become skilled, confident and self-reliant young women.

Sahman

Front Office Receptionist

Suman lost both parents to HIV/AIDS during childhood and is herself HIV positive. With no secure family support, she was welcomed into Faith Sansthan’s Aalingan Care Home, where she received education, healthcare, nutrition, counselling and emotional support in a safe, nurturing environment.

She completed Class 12 and a Bachelor’s Degree through Non-College mode, alongside a three-year Diploma in Modern Office Management from a Polytechnic College. She is now pursuing her Post-Graduation while working full-time.

Suman gained professional experience through a three-month internship and subsequent one-year role at Škoda Motors. Today, she works as a Front Office Receptionist at Renault Motors in Jaipur, managing customer interactions, administration and front-office responsibilities.

Despite facing the stigma and challenges associated with HIV, Suman remained determined to build an independent future. Her journey from an orphaned child with an uncertain future to an educated, employed and confident professional demonstrates the transformative power of compassionate care, education and opportunity.

Samadhan

Skilled Electrician

Samadhan developed practical skills and confidence throughout his time at Faith.

Following vocational training he established himself as a qualified electrician and now enjoys independent living and employment.

His success demonstrates that there are many different pathways to achieving independence.

Building Independent Futures

Every success story is unique. Some former residents have continued into higher education.
Others have pursued vocational careers, started families or become role models within their communities. Among them are young adults living with HIV who continue to lead healthy, fulfilling and successful lives thanks to consistent medical care, education and support received throughout their childhood. Their achievements help challenge misconceptions surrounding HIV and remind us that a diagnosis should never define a child’s future.

The greatest success of Faith is not measured in numbers. It is measured in lives transformed.
